The application process

ACA Trainees

There are two stages to the application process. The first stage comprises of an interview with a Training Manager and written tests. This first stage takes approximately 2.5 hours.

If you are successful after the first stage of the process, you will be invited to attend a second interview with a partner from the office or department you have expressed an interest in. This is the final stage of the recruitment procedure.

We recruit new graduates during the months of January and September, but we take application forms all year round.

If you meet our minimum requirements and have liked what you have read, please complete our online graduate application form. You may also send in a CV and covering letter. However, if you are invited for an interview you will be expected to complete our graduate application form.

Be assured that each application is personally reviewed by a member of the Training Team.

AAT Application

We will also consider applications, in respect of our London, Northampton, Stevenage and Reading offices, from candidates who are interested in completing The Associate of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification.  You will need GCSE passes A-C (or equivalent) with grades B or above in English Language and Maths, and have achieved 3 good A level passes equivalent to 300 UCAS points.

To apply for an AAT training contract, please submit your CV to David Duvall, Training Manager at dduvall@cvdfk.com
